The following information is the result of Commander Donald Lee Grant’s appointed Planning Committee consisting of Brothers Robert Davis, Jonathan Davis and Henry E. Shaw Jr.

  

          Below you will find links to download the schedule and registration
forms for luncheon and parking pass.

           We must require advanced registration for free parking and in
House catered luncheon. We must have 50 for catered luncheon.

          The Pre-Registration for parking and luncheon must be received by Brother Robert W. Davis at the below address no later then Thursday, May 15, 2008.

        There will be a $5.00 surcharge for the luncheon after the May 15th deadline.

        No reservations for the luncheon will be accepted ten days prior to the Encampment.

        No Luncheon Tickets available the day of the Encampment.

        No Free Parking Passes will be mailed out after the May 15th registration deadline.

 

        Veterans Memorial Building will be open from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

        Entry through the West doors from main parking lot. (Opposite ticket booth)

        Signs will be posted inside the west doors, directing you to the 2nd floor meeting

        rooms. Signs will be provided by Veterans Memorial Staff.

 

        FOLLOWUP REGISTRATION: Two tables will be provided as you step off the

        Elevator on the 2nd floor.

 

        CRAFT & SALES TABLES: Two large tables will be provided in the hall between

        Rooms 204 & 205.

 

        ALLIED ORDERS RECEPTION: Room 205  8:00-8:45 A.M. The Auxiliary will be

        Providing free coffee, juice, doughnuts and muffins.

 

        All Camp’s are encouraged to bring your Camp Flag and base to the Encampment.

        Camp Flags in the past were displayed in the meeting room.

 

        There are six hotels close to the Veterans Memorial Building.
