DEPARTMENT ORDERS #2

HEADQUARTERS ROCKY RIVER, OHIO

Brothers,

I am pleased to report that many of our goals have been accomplished thus far this year. It has been exciting and wonderful traveling around the state to visit the many camps and see the wonderful work going on. Sometimes in a very quiet way.

HELP WANTED!!!!!!

Brother Wayne Lowery has announced his retirement at the next Department Encampment, as Graves Registration Officer, after many, many years and thousands of names entered into the database. Although we are happy for Wayne we hate to lose such a good Brother in this all-important job. If you are interested in this position please let Brother Brad Tilton or I know as soon as possible, so we can plan for the Department Encampment.

DEPARTMENT ENCAMPMENT

18, 19 AND 20 June 2004, at Mount Union College, Alliance, Ohio. All camps should plan on sending at least one representative. Several positions are open this year, and I encourage all brothers to consider attending at least one department encampment during your membership in our noble order. Contact Dept. Secretary Richard Greenwalt for further details.

DEPARTMENT WEBSITE

I am very proud of the accomplishments of our Department Signals Officer, Brother Ken Freshley. Ken has done an outstanding job in this venue. I wish to "Thank" all of you in the Camps who are making our "Camp Calendar" section grow every day. However..... We need more camps to send their newsletters to Ken so we can `Post um" online. (Note, all financial information will be removed before posting)
