Brothers of the Department of Ohio;
This General Order is to cover the following four items:
- The 125 Dept. of Ohio Annual Encampment will be on Saturday, June 16th, 2007 at the Franklin County Veterans Memorial Building in Columbus, Ohio. Please send in your registration for the lunch and FREE parking pass, also please not if you will be attending the dinner after the encampment (we will need a headcount) by May 15th, 2007. Lets see a good turnout ! Don’t forget your Donation to the Dept. Chief of Staff Fund !
- The Special 125th Ohio Encampment Medal will be available at the Annual Encampment. Ohio SUV brothers who attend the Encampment will receive one medal free of charge. If extras medals are wanted or a Brother who does NOT attend the Encampment, will be charged $10.00 per medal. The Department has authorized Ohio Camps to purchase a minimum of 20 medals at the reduced cost of $8 each.
- I have appointed the following Brothers to the Monuments and Memorials Committee: Brother Don Grant (Chair), Brother Don Darby-PCinC, Brother Jim Houston-PDC, Brother Jon Silvis-PDC and Brother Bob Davis-PCC.
- All camps please ensure that you have all your updated camp rosters and Camp Officer Lists, including contact information, please have these in to the Dept. Secretary by June 1st, 2007.
