Brothers of the Department of Ohio;

1.     Department By-Laws Committee  - Brother's Henry Shaw, Bob Grim and Craig Keller are

        hereby appointed to the Department By-Laws Committee. They will update the by-laws of the

       department and will be reported on at the next department encampment in 2008. 

2.    Brother Bob Davis is hereby appointed to chair the committee to help camps refrain from

       being a paper camp.  The National C & R does not recognize this kind of camp. Brother Davis

       can appoint someone to this committee for help if he feels the need. Then report at the

       2008 department encampment. 

3.   Again, all camp secretaries need to forward ASAP to Brother Darby, Department Secretary, 
      a list of brothers in your camp that have e-mail and those that do not. Brothers who do not
      have e-mail will be mailed out a copy of the Department newsletter ( The Buckeye Bugle )
      and the Brothers who have e-mail will be able to download it from the Department of Ohio
      website. This will save the Department money in the long run.
