This is a Department Order for Brother Tim Graham to cease and desist immediately in the production and or sale of the SUVCW belt buckles, or for that matter any and all objects having the National SUVCW seal, SUVCW coat of arms, words referencing:  “Sons of Union Veterans of the Civil War”, “Sons of Union Veterans” or “SUVCW”.

 

All items bearing the aforementioned, need to have the express consent of the National Council of Administration of the Sons of Union Veterans of the Civil War.

 

Any and all remaining SUVCW belt buckles as well as the profits from the sale of said items, shall be turned over to the Department of Ohio Commander or Secretary/Treasurer, and then these items will be turned over to National.

 

Then, the National Council of Administration of the SUVCW, will need to determine what should be done with the current inventory of belt buckles and any and all money derived from the sale of these remaining belt buckles.
