Brothers of the Department of Ohio;

 

The following Camps are hereby suspended for not filing Camp Officer Election & Installation reports (Form 22) by the Feb. 1, 2009 deadline, which is in violation of the C&R Article II, Section 7; Ohio Dept. Bylaw Article 9, Section 1; and Ohio Dept. Order #5 (2008-2009 series):  Gilbert Camp #5, Given Camp #51 and McPherson Camp #66.

The following Camps is hereby suspended for filing a handwritten Camp Officer & Installation reports (Form 22) without resubmitting it properly by the Feb. 1, 2009 deadline, which is in violation of General Order #2 and Ohio Dept. Order #9 (2008-2009 series): Brooks-Grant Camp #7 & McClellan Camp #91.

All Camps are suspended until the Camp Officer Election & Installation reports (Form 22) are received, in typewritten form, by the Dept. Secretary/Treasurer.

If these are not received by the 2009 Department of Ohio Encampment, these camps will not have voting rights at the encampment.

Any camps that offer items for sale cannot sell items until the suspension is lifted.
