Brothers of the Department of Ohio;
- In
accordance with the Commander-in-Chief's General Order #2, all reports and
forms (less membership applications) submitted to the Department shall be
typewritten effective immediately. This should only apply to Dept. form
OCWM001, the "Ohio Civil War Memorial & Monument Fund Request" form, which
is now a fill-in-form on the Ohio Dept. web site. All other reports and
forms are covered under General Order #2. Forms submitted as
handwritten are no longer acceptable and will be returned to the Camp or
Individual to be resubmitted in accordance with this Department Order.
