MID WINTER MEETING & ENCAMPMENT REPORTS

All Department of Ohio Listed Officers and all Camp Commanders will submit written reports twice per year; Mid-Winter Meeting and Department of Ohio Encampment.

 

1. Department of Ohio Listed Officers:

Reports of Activities of the offices of Commander, Senior Vice Commander. Junior Vice Commander, Secretary/Treasurer, Council Secretary, Chief of Staff, Patriotic Instructor, Chaplain, Graves Registration, Eagle Scout Coordinator, Civil War Monuments & Memorials, Historian, G.A.R Records, G.A.R. Highway Officers, Camp Chase Representative, Buffington Island Representative and Ohio Veterans Homes Representative.

 

2. Camp Commanders:

 Camp Commanders Reports should include information such as Camp Events, Fundraisers, Membership Recruiting, Ceremonies, Dedications, Good of the Order and Brothers Serving in the Military in harms way, and Parades.

 

3. Filing of Reports:

  January Mid-Winter Meeting Reports will be filed by January 1, and the Department Encampment Reports by May 15.
