On the above date the Department of Ohio Council informed me of the appointment of Brother Allan W. Howey as Department of Ohio Secretary/Treasurer.
The appointment was made in compliance with Constitution and Regulations Article IV Section 6.
All Department and Camp Officers will direct future communications to Department of Ohio Secretary/Treasurer Allan W. Howey.
