As your Department of Ohio Commander, I look forward to attending as many camp meetings and events as my schedule permits, please let me know as far in advance as possible, so I can make adequate arrangements. If I can not attend, I will appoint another Department Officer to attend as representative of this department.

No individual shall represent the Ohio Department, at any event, without the prior approval of the Department Commander. In closing, let me wish everyone a continued great 2009-2010.

I look forward to work with you so we may continue to Perpetuate the Memory of the Grand Army of the Republic.
