129th Annual Encampment Department of Ohio

All Department of Ohio Listed Officers and all Camp Commanders will submit a written report prior to the Annual Encampment June 11, 2011.

 

1. Department of Ohio Listed Officers:

Reports of Activities of the Offices of Commander, Senior Vice Commander, Junior Vice Commander, Secretary/ Treasurer, Assistant Secretary, Council Secretary, Chief of Staff, Patriotic Instructor, Chaplain, Graves Registration, Eagle Scout Coordinator, Civil War Monuments and Memorials, Historian, GAR Records, GAR Highway Officer, Camp Chase Representative, Burlington Island Representative, and Veterans Homes Representative.  

2. Camp Commanders

Camp Commander's reports should include such information as Camp Events, Fund Raisers, Membership Recruiting, Ceremonies, Dedications, Good of the Order, Brothers Passing and Brothers serving in the Military.

3. Filing of Reports

All reports must be filed by May 15, 2011 by e-mail or U.S. Mail with the Chief of Staff.
