The 130th Encampment of the Department of Ohio Sons of Union Veterans of the Civil War will be held on Saturday 9 June 2012 at the Department of Ohio 2012 Encampment, Franklin County Veteran’s Memorial Building, 300 West Broad Street, Columbus, Ohio 43215, starting at 9 AM.  Please visit your Ohio Web site. www.ohiosuv.com for additional information, lunch registration and schedules.  I encourage all Brothers to attend.  Please return you lunch registration forms as soon as possible.  May 14th is the dead line.


2. Department Property and Officers Reports
         Please see Department Order 4 regarding the reporting of any Department Property in your possession.


3. Officer Reports
         See Department Order 4 regarding how to correctly fill out and file you Officer Reports.   Submit all reports electronically to Department Junior Vice Commander Jonathan Davis; [email protected].  The deadline for reports to be filed is Saturday, May 19th.
