Subject: Ohio Monuments at Gettysburg

I have the great honor to announce that this Department is working in conjunction with State Senator Eric Fingerhut to pass a bill which will allow for appropriate funds to be sent to the Gettysburg National Military Park for restoration and cleaning of all Ohio Monuments. To help in this process, l have enclosed petitions that you can copy and use. Once our bill has a designation I will let you know so that you can send these petitions to your State Lawmakers. We are hoping that the bill will be named after us. Moreover. the bill will request the formation of an Ohio Monuments Board. We hope to have a permanent seat on that board. Thank you in advance.
